What To Expect

What we do and how we do it!

At each appointment you can expect the following services to be completed:

 

ALL ROOMS:

  • Empty all trash containers, and insert plastic liners.
  • Dust inside doors, baseboards, all furniture, all pictures and picture frames, and reachable air vents.
  • Clean all mirrors.
  • Vacuum all carpets and hard surface floors.
  • Spot clean, as necessary, all sliding glass doors
  • Mop all hard surface floors.
  • Straighten all furniture, lamp shades, pictures, and mirrors.

KITCHEN/LAUNDRY:

  • All tasks completed from “ALL ROOMS” above
  • Remove soiled linen and terry.
  • Clean sink and countertops.
  • Wipe down all reachable kitchen cabinetry.
  • Clean outside of refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven.
  • Clean inside and outside of microwave.
  • Dust and clean dining room and kitchen tables, chairs, and stools.

BATHROOMS:

  • All tasks completed from “ALL ROOMS” above
  • Remove all soiled bed, bath, and kitchen linen and terry.
  • Clean toilets, tubs, showers, shower curtains, sinks, and countertops.
  • Clean all chrome/faucet fixtures.
  • Stock all paper products and amenities.

BEDROOMS:

  • All tasks completed from “ALL ROOMS” above
  • Remove all soiled bed, bath, and kitchen linen and terry.
  • Place new sheets on bed (only if clean set left available) and make beds.

YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

Our uniformed Cleaning Professional(s) and CleanHaus manager, Amy or Braden, will arrive at your home at the time you requested.  You should expect to be present at your initial visit for the first 15 minutes of your appointment.  At this time you will give us a tour of your home and let us know of any special requests.  We want make sure you feel comfortable and answer any questions you have.

We will present you with our cleaning system and products.  We will arrive at every appointment with clean and sterile supplies and products.  As soon as we complete our introduction, our Cleaning Pro(s) begin making your home a CleanHaus.  You should expect your first cleaning to take longer than normal as our team learns your home and completes cleaning tasks.

If you prefer equipment used only in your home, we give you the option to purchase a “CleanHaus Cleaning Kit” for $75.  The equipment will be stored at your home.  This includes:

  •  2 tupperware containers (one labeled clean, one labeled dirty)
  • 10 microfiber cleaning cloths
  • Microfiber dusting wand sleeve
  • Bona Hard Wood Floor pad attachment
  • New Sponges
  • 1 shower brush
  • 2 grout brushes.

Please let us know in advance if you will not be present at an appointment and give us information on how to access your home and how you would like for us to lock-up before we leave.

Note:  In order to give you the best service possible, we ask that you have your home ready for cleaning.  We ask that clothing, toys, or personal items be picked up from areas to be cleaned.  Additionally, while our teams use great products and a load of elbow grease, some spots/stains/marks just won’t come out.  Please keep these things in mind when booking your cleaning with us.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE:

CleanHaus will clean your home to your satisfaction or we will come back and make it right.  Should an adequate time not be available for our professionals to return, we will refund your cleaning should you so choose.  Clients will be sent reminder emails 3 days and 1 day prior to all appointments.  Cleaning times are averages and may vary based upon home condition and extra-services purchased. Appointment start times are subject to change due to factors out of our control (traffic, parking, weather, etc).  We ask all clients allow up to 45 minutes to factor for these unknown factors.  We will keep a client informed should our Cleaning Professionals run late.  Should a cancellation be required by the client, a charge of $70 will be applied if an appointment is not cancelled by 9am the day prior.  CleanHaus reserves the right to adjust the price quoted should it be deemed that a particular home requires extra time due to size or condition upon review.  The client will be made aware of these adjustments prior to being charged for a service.

CleanHaus will never sell client information to third party’s for marketing purposes. We will retain customer information for the sole purpose of billing, communication, and business related needs.  All credit card information is stored on a secure server and cannot be viewed by any individual associated with CleanHaus.  Processing of credit cards is made possible by the good people at Stripe.  Should you have further questions regarding any of our services, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@cleanhausco.com
